Village ordinance 5-4-1 prohibits pet owners from keeping and licensing of animals above set limitations. Single-family residences are limited to 2 (at large/outside) cats. Multi-family residences are limited to 1 (at-large/outside) cats. Single-family residences including townhomes are limited to 3 dogs. Buildings of 2 or 3 dwelling units are limited to 2 dogs. Buildings of 4 or greater dwelling units are limited to 1 dog.
